This page lists a variety of internet resources that might be of interest to organizers or anyone involved in women's interest events. The majority of links on this page are to entities working to end violence against women and girls. They include listservs and web pages. WIN does not necessarily endorse any of these sites or organizations, but we believe that they might be helpful resources. CAVNET-IW (Indigenous Women) – Yahoo group of professionals and volunteer advocates addressing intimate violence, including domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking against American Indian, Alaska Native, First Nations and other indigenous women
Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan (RAWA) – an independent political/social organization of Afghan women fighting for human rights and for social justice in Afghanistan
Casa Amiga – a non-profit, non-governmental association in Juarez, Mexico. It is the first and only rape crises center in the region, providing free, confidential, and professional services to people who experience situations of physical, emotional, or sexual violence.

Equality Now – an organization dedicated to dealing with human rights violations against women
Feminist.com – a web site filled with feminist news, information and other resources
Feminist Theory Website – feminist resources around the world (in English, Spanish and French)
Human Rights Watch – the Women's Rights Division of HRW fights against the dehumanization and marginalization of women worldwide
Women's eNews – nonprofit independent news service covering the issues that are of particular concern to women; provides a daily news feed
Women's Human Rights Net – providing comprehensive information and analysis on women's human rights and global issues

Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) – largest United States anti-sexual assault organization and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1.800.656.HOPE
Violence Against Women.net – an online resource for advocates working to end domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violence in the lives of women and their children (includes statistics and news sources)
Verizon Wireless HopeLine – donate your phone to be used to assist victims in emergency domestic violence situations
Claims About Husband Battering – an article addressing claims men and women are equally likely to be the perpetrators of domestic violence

Intersex Society Of North America – an organization devoted to systemic change to end shame, secrecy, and unwanted genital surgeries for people born with an anatomy that someone decided is not standard for male or female
RAINBO – working to promote and protect African women's and girls' full sexual and reproductive health and rights
Students For Genital Integrity – an organization working to end proscribed mutilation of genetalia, including female genital mutilation, intersexed genital mutilation and circumcision
United Kingdom Intersex Society – an education, advocacy, campaigning and support organization which works on behalf of intersexed people
