About Us

SMU’s Women’s Interest Network (WIN) is a collection of SMU students, staff, faculty, and supportive community members who work to further gender equality through programming and activism. Our mission is to mitigate the harms of a patriarchal system on the student body and the greater Dallas area through organizing and hosting numerous protests, drives, fundraisers, forums, discussions, and parties.

WIN general meetings take place every Tuesday in the Women’s Center (Hughes-Trigg Student Center, 3rd floor) at 5:30 P.M.

We also work with a sub-group, Men for Equality, to promote inclusion of all feminists, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, on campus. MFE meets on Fridays at 5:00pm.
