The Service House at Southern Methodist University is a unique community on campus, made of residents who care deeply for the community and surrounding area. Throughout the semester, "SMUSHies" perform a wide variety of service-oriented projects, ranging from providing after-school activities for kids in the Dallas area to providing basic needs for those without to cleaning up White Rock Lake. But residents do much more than serve the surrounding area; they also define the community within the House and make the Service House into a one-of-a-kind experience.
