Ross Everett Hill
I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on July 26th, 1990. I lived in Vadnais Heights for my first five years of life. We then moved to Boston, Massachusetts where we stayed for only two years allowing me to complete the second grade. From Boston we moved to a suburb in Austin called Westlake. There we stayed for eleven years and where most of my preliminary education took place. I ran cross-country there from the eighth grade until half way through my sophomore year of high school when once more we moved. This time it was to a small town only twenty minutes north of San Antonio, the town of Boerne. There I attended Boerne High School and graduated as the last class before its demolition.
I toured many college campuses before deciding upon my University of choice, Southern Methodist University. Here I have been studying Mechanical Engineering for the past three years and hope to graduate with a B.S. in both Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics in the year 2012. In addition with their wonderful 4+1 scholarship program I should be able to obtain my Masters in Mechanical Engineering by 2013.
