Engineering

I started on my track to becoming an electrical engineering in August 2008. Shortly thereafter I was involved with multiple interdiciplinary robot projects that required significant planning, teamwork, and engineering expertise. I also helped as a freshman with an undergraduate research project that attempted to optimized the connection of two fiberoptic waveguides.

During my Sophmore year I was employed by CommScope as a lab technician. Throughout my tenure at Commscope I have spent alot of time soldering and building parts as well as testing ethernet cables and jacks. In addition to hardware, I have had exposure to the programs HFSS and LabView.
