Step It Up

|
Step It Up was founded by Jessica Robertson in 2001 when she wanted to share her love of fitness, particularly step aerobics, with other individuals. Step It Up's Vision: Step It Up works to provide a fun-loving environment for individuals to reach their fitness goals and share a common passion. At Step It Up, we care about helping our students realize their goals and aspirations, so they can do things that make them happy and fulfilled. About Our Instructors: Jessica Robertson: Jessica fell in love with Step Aerobics at a young age when she’d watch her mom take class after being picked up from school. She became AFAA certified when she was eighteen and Step certified soon after. Julia Smith: Born in New York, Julia moved to Dallas when she was eighteen. She became interested in teaching fitness through her University and received her AFAA fitness certification in 2002. She has been teaching fitness ever since and has been teaching Step Aerobics for four years. Melissa Christianson: Melissa is originally from Dallas and studied nutrition at Southern Methodist University. She enjoys teaching Step Aerobics in addition to helping struggling teens with nutritional issues. |
