JUDO - training

Each Judo session begins with a 15 - 20 minute warm-up period, which includes exercises to warm the muscles and strengthen the overall body in preparation for the day's practice.

Following the warm-up period is the practice period. This portion of the session typically lasts 45 minutes and is more intense than the warm-up period. During the practice period, various Judo techniques are introduced to students and, through different drills, students can master their techniques and enhance their skills.

Most of the practice sessions are concluded with randori - free fighting or sparring. Once the practice is over, the students will spend 5 - 10 minutes in a cool down period, relaxing the body and mind through relaxation exercises and stretching.
