John Cole is a senior business major with a minor
in Spanish. After entering the Cox School of Business he found
that, despite their many career preparation resources, there was no
program setup for those interested in consulting. In spring 2005 he
launched the club in order to prepare students for the industry's
unique case interviews, and to provide consulting firms with higher
caliber students.
John has also served as an officer in
SMU Toastmasters, and
is a
member of International Honor Society Phi Theta Kappa. Outside of
school he enjoys running his website development firm, getting into philosophical discussions,
and reading a good book. John studied in Madrid, Spain in Fall 2005
to improve his language skills and travel throughout Europe.
Latest News (Spring 2007): John is
currently heading up a new startup,
Follow My Band, that will be a
concert resource for music fans and artists. He came up
with the idea in spring 2006, and after extensive research and
planning, development has begun.
