Offers degrees in electrical engineering covering core technology topics in areas such as biomedical engineering, communications and information technology, control systems, digital signal processing, and computer vision, lasers, optoelectronics, electromagnetic theory and microwave electronics, circuit and VLSI design.
Research: The three broad areas of emphasis in the department are communications,
signal processing, and photonics. The interest of the faculty and their current
research falls generally into one of these areas.
