I current work at the Digital Commons <http://dc.smu.edu>, a part of Southern Methodist University <http://www.smu.edu>. I am the Coordinator of a wonderful program, the SMU STAR Program <http://stars.smu.edu> We founded the Student Technology Assistant in Residence or STAR program in 1998 to help with the use of technology in teaching and learning at SMU. I took over the program during the summer of 2001, after helping with the program from its inception. Through the program, we assist faculty on over 75 projects a year.
Lately, I have been assisting the Hart eCenter at SMU <http://ecenter.smu.edu> with getting their Guildhall program up and running. The Guildhall at SMU <http://guildhall.smu.edu> is a pretty unique idea. It's a game development program created from scratch by game developers for future game developers. This is not some CS course with a name change. It's newly created original content. The other nice thing is the tracks. You can specialize in Art Creation, Level Design or Software Development. Check it out the best gaming school at http://guildhall.smu.edu.
When I am not working in the Digital Commons, I instruct for Meadows Community Education Program <http://meadows.smu.edu/>. I teach programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and on topics like Basic Web Design.
I also do freelance work in instuction and design for local businesses and schools.
