Women against Men. The loosers cook for the winners. (No frozen food or take-out allowed!) Each Thursday the jars (a mens and a womens) will be sitting out. At the end of the meeting, whoever has the most money in their jar earns a point. At the end of the semester the team with the most points wins. All money put in the jars will go towards supporting Go Now Missions, the mission sending group associated with Texas BSM's. Each year they send hundreds of college students just like you all over the world on mission trips lasting from 14 days to full summer, to two semesters. Each missionary is asked to raise money for their trip - but the amount they are asked to raise is not the full amount that it costs to send them. So to partner with those that God calls to serve in such a way, we work with them, sacrificing our own Starbucks and Dr. Pepper money to send them where God has called them. By doing so we too are a part of the mission.
