The SMU Ballroom club does not meet when school is not in session. Don't worry, we'll send out plenty of emails closer to August and the website will be update with the new information. Enjoy your break and don't forget to practice!! -Lauren

The 2009-2010 officers have been voted on! They are as follows:

Lauren Debussy- Club President and Team Captain, Website Administrator/ Historian
Benjamin Allen- Club Vice President
Jason Stegall- Club Treasurer, Team Member

*A hearty CONGRATULATIONS to the SMU Ballroom Dance team*

They competed at the 2009 Austin Open and brought home a whopping number of ribbons. Samantha and Brian swept their divisions, receiving 1st or 2nd place in everything they entered.

The team also competed at the 2009 Texas Challenge and brought home an impressive number of gold medals. Way to represent SMU - we are so proud!

Dues will be as follows:
SMU students/faculty/staff $10 for the semester or $3 per lesson
Non-SMU $20 for the semester or $5 per lesson
There are 13 lessons total for the semester plus a practice day.
