Now that we've all had the chance to recover from last semester, eat a lot of chocolate and get pumped for the semester ahead, I just thought you should know that the schedule for the semester is up to date, and here are some super spiffy reminders about attending ballroom club!

SMU students, faculty/staff - $5.00 per Saturday lesson (a la carte), $20.00 per semester
SMU Alums - $10.00 per Saturday lesson (a la carte), $50.00 per semester*
Non-SMU - $25.00 per Saturday lesson (a la carte), $200.00 per semester*

*Alums and Non-SMU attendees, please keep in mind the $10 fee that the Dedman Center charges for entry.

SMU Ballroom Team Sucess at Dances with Owls [11.9.2011]

The SMU ballroom team traveled all the way to Rice University in Houston, Texas to compete against ballroom teams from Rice, A&M, LSU, and University of Houston. Our Mustangs did amazingly and took home many many shiny ribbons. Be sure to ask them just how well they did when you see them in club on Saturday!

ABOUT US

We are a social organization at Southern Methodist University that seeks to share the joy and excitement of ballroom dancing with as many people as possible. The Saturday classes are open to students, as well as anyone in the community who would like to attend. In addition to our Saturday classes we have an SMU student-only competitive team that studies the dances and technique more in-depth and competes in various collegiate ballroom competitions.
