Executive Board Minutes 4-25-99

LVP position will be implemented next semester. Nominations will be
open to all members will be opened. Change name of position to LDC
(Leadership Development Chair).

What appointed positions are available:
- Historian
- Internet Coordinator
- Fellowship Chair- appoint before summer
- Interchapter Liaison
- SMU Rides Co-chairs- appoint before summer
- Publishing Secretary
- Quartermaster/Sergeant-At-Arms

Possibly meet on Saturday, May 1 @ 2 p.m. to appoint positions and have
retreat

Rachel spoke on her views about duties of LDC
- work closely with appointed positions
- 10 appointed positions
- LDC focuses on appt. position development 
- Work as committee chair 
- Have concrete goals for positions
- Research LDC as exec member in other chapters and propose legislation
- Work closely with president and leadership development sectional chair
- Promote workshops on campus and throughout APO
- Put application for LDC on web

Carissa
- Would be willing to record 8-4APO on service projects
- Regional project with Special Projects in Houston on May 29

Marcus
- Topliff will make ballots for advisory chair
- Fellowship event-TBA

Kristi
- AARO dinners
- Involvement of APO in FYI (First Year Institute)

Sam
- Meet with each officers
- CPW this summer
- Free to assemble committees- what they do, when meet, "all that crap"

Sam attacked Danielle with a pen - impeachment pending
