Meeting opened at 7:18 PM.

Darby Grande, Bylaws Committee Chairman
 *  Supposed to present the minutes 2 weeks in advance.
 *  Wants us to suspend the constitution and bylaws and allow chapter to
    vote on amendments one week after presentation because of chapter
    scheduling conflicts
 *  Membership fund
     +  Will wait until next semester to to legislate this.
     +  Can do it at the beginning of the fall with an ad hoc committee.
 *  This week's meeting is Wednesday at 2:00 PM in the small conference
    room
Wendy Jeffus, Fellowship Chairman
 *  Roman orgy vs. normal meal still in air
     +  She may be able to get a normal meal at a lower price
