Katie Knox opened the meeting at 7:14 PM.
 
The $500 fundraiser for Aren's grandmother had to be cancelled due to
lack of support.

 *  Emailed two chapters who did not get flyer
 *  Getting tools on Friday afternoon for People Helping People
 *  Discussion about making calls for food donations
 *  Heard back from no other chapters
Sam Megally, Vice President for Membership
 *  Will not be at Tuesday meeting
 *  Saturday project
     +  Wendy did not make reservations because she got no final count
     +  Will have to make reimbursements to those who personally shelled
        out cash
     +  Went well overall
 *  Discussion on effectiveness of executive board meeting and
    communication problems

 *  Reservations for restaurant at 5:00 PM on Saturday
 *  Need to do signup for showers

        which are:
         o  Stake campus Monday night
         o  Hang up big sign on Tuesday
     +  Concerned at how few people have signed up to work blood van
        tables
 *  Monday committee meeting will be last one
 *  Discussion re: other ways to promote blood drive

 *  Jay will work on list of stuff to be donated after Community Service
    Day is over
 *  Arlene is hesitant to sign Holiday Inn contract because it lists SMU
    as one of the parties
 *  Will work on getting a new speaker.
 *  Almost no voting on regionals website so far, so deadline extended.
 *  Will do regionals update at meeting.
Closed discussion on bylaws committee makeup.
 
Aren moved to impeach Freddie.
