4) sectionals is also this weekend: yuo get 1 hour per workshop plus 1 hour for each meeting your attend
5) we are all doing really well on hours

Jenn (Lauren actually), MVP: banquet info is still up in the air right now

Scott, Pledge Trainer: 1) activation is apr. 19-20
2) Scott needs a place to cut boards, probably at the SMUSH courtyard on friday
3) 6 pledges have their 24 hours and there are several who are close
4) pledge meetings are going well
5) pledge shirt update later

Anand, PR/Rush: 1) sign up for the PR/Rush commitee: we will discuss suggestions for improvement and a theme for next year; we need to do this asap so that we can reserve table tent space
2) Sept 3-5 are the info tables in portico C/D
3) Anand's selling lots of APO shirts really cheap, so get one!

Danielle, Treasurer: 1) dues are due next Tues.
2) check has been cut already for jerseys

Summer, Secretary: 1) ditto about the shirts

Kelly, President: 1) Dina: distributed proposed amendments/changes to the bylaws
- changing Rides Chair to an exec position
- changing ribbon for DSK
- chapter award: requires 50% + 1
last 2 changes were decided upon at meeting and affirmed
2) decided on sectional voting delegate: Anand and Lauren
3) decided to bid to host sectionals for next year: affirmed
4) written nominations for elections are due by next Tues. at 5:00 pm
5) special awards/sectional DSK nomination for Belton Lim discussed and affirmed

appointed positions: Jay: 1) DSK/chapter award nominations are due by sun. at 11:59 pm
2) awards committee meeting will be next week
3) Thurs at 5:00 pm there will be a caravanto purchase fabric for the DSK ribbon
