Minutes for Meeting on 3/19/02

important stuff to know!!!!
- pledge project is this weekend, tentatively set w/Operation Installation; reminder that this is a requirement for all bigs and littles!!!!! we are meeting at 8:00 am tentatively and will run until 1:00 or 2:00 pm
- Mar. 30th we will serve lunch at the Dallas Life Foundation fom 9:15 am-1:30 pm
- next meeting we will make Easter cards for Juliette Fowler, so bring construction paper, glue, scissors, and other supplied: this is a great way to get an hour of service!
- Beni Hana's is this week's fellowship at 6:30 pm on thurs.; please sign up so we can make reservations; cost will range from $15-$30
- bigs should email Scott about the UPCOMING EVENT
- blood drive tables sign ups is this week: fri and mon; there will be 2 desks: 1 at the flagpole and 1 at McElvaney; stake signs are going up on thurs at 8:00 am and wed night we're doing chalk talk at 9:00 pm
- dues are due on Apr 16th
- if you're interested in getting a jersey, you need to have your money in ($23) by tues Apr 2nd at meeting; jerseys will be navy blue w/gold lettering and uncuffed
-have amendments to the by-laws in by this fri at 5:00 pm, by-laws are posted on the website
- sectionals are at UNT on Apr 12-13th; the hotel is Best Western and remember if under 15 AO-ers go, Kelly gets a pie in the face but more than 15 Kelly *and* Kari get a pie; cost is $10 for registration, $10 for a tshirt, $13 for the banquet; however if you get all 3, cost is only $30
