Minutes for Meeting on 1/29/02

Important info you need to know:
1)Refugee Services is this weekend: we will be organizing and cleaning the warehouse and for each volunteer hour, RS will get subsidized money from the government; Kristi is the project chair; we're meeting on the steps of H-T at 8:30 am
2)service opportunity: Non-Profit Career Fair 11:30-1:30pm Jan 30th, a good chance at recruitment
3) pledge retreat is Sat. Feb. 2, from 6-10 pm in the women's center
4)jersey day is next Tues.
5)get your dues in by next Tues.
6)there is a budget committee meeting Wed. Jan 30 at 7 pm
7) if you're interested in pledge positions, please apply: we have fellowship, publishing secretary, historian, sargeant at arms, and internet coordinator still available

2) Jay: is singing in the SMU Opera Feb 7-10 (Thurs-Sun); tickets are only $6 for SMU students; the opera is The Gondoliers
3) Natalie: introduced herself as the new pledge namesake
