Summer, Secretary: 1) roster is practically finito, please take a look for last minute corrections; several copies will be in the office but not enough for all until we get the pledge list situated
2) also calendars will be made for each month: Jan. is hanging up and Feb will be complete when the final dates are made
3) jerseys will take place eventually (after the pledges are here)

Kelly, President: 1)meeting times were voted and affirmed to be 5:45 pm Tues
2) we've been asked to co-chair the Safety and Security committee at Nationals, there is 1 meeting in Feb/June and then a meeting each month from Aug-Dec; you will be helping to plan ; the advisor is Adam Bolaine and we need to get volunteers and make sure all runs well; Lauren and Kelly have already started work on it
