Chapter Meeting Minutes 9-7-99

Tyrant Megally started the meeting with 3 taps of his rattle... boasting 
that the gavel has not yet been stolen

Carissa ( Service VP)- Service projecct this week is on Saturday at the 
Dallas lighthouse? for the blind....meet on the steps of Hughes Trigg at 
8:30 am... We will be painting so wear old clothes and "don't worry about 
what  you look like because no one will see you anyways"

Marcus - Active Retreat was a success... please fill out a survey if you 
have already not done so! Membership commitee meeting is on Sunday at 6 
pm at Marcus's apartment.. you can get a map from Marcus... There is a 
new box for Super ACtive and Super Pledge nominations designed by 
Marcus...you can nominate people during meeting or anytime in the 
volunteer office.. Look for "Marcus's BoX"

Pledge Goddess Danielle - Initiation tonight. PLedge Retreat is on Friday 
at 7 pm meet on the steps of Hughes TRigg... Volunteer fair tomorrow we  
need help working it.

Rex- Dues of $30 are due by Oct 19

Jen Anderson (coming to you via Carrie)- PLease give your roster info if 
you have not yet done so.. A calander and a roster will be available on 
Tues. Sept 14.

Tyrant Megally - Alpha Chi would like to welcome us all back to campus

Wendy J. - Volunteered her dad's house

Fellowship Princess Carrie - Fellowship event this thursday bowling at 
Don Carters.. meet on the steps of hughes trigg at 8pm

Jay- 45 days to regionals.. thanked the following people for their hard 
work : SAm(vip invites), Carissa(service stuff and tshirt design), 
Andrea(internet stuffanmd tellign JAy he is stupid), Marjorie and 
Eileen(advisory), Carrie (banquet), Rachel and Yellie ( Registration)

Heather swift- enters and worships marcus and massages him

Marcus- Reiterates the "Marcus Box" when you nominate people put your 
name , their name and why they should be super active or super pledge

Danielle - "we will praxctice for intiation following meeting" and we 
will go out to EZ's after initiation
