Executive Board Minutes 9-8-98

Katie -
-Nina Baxter will come to speak to the chapter at next week's meeting about the Salvation Army.
-The Chapter has 158 hours of service so far!

Gina will continue to call those Brothers who do not attend meeting.

Jay is giving an extra week for Big Applications.

Jen Nash is in contact with comptroller concerning tools account. Ugly Man on Campus Possibly moved to Nov. 11, 12, and 13.

Kristi will meet tomorrow with Taylor Martin, SMU Rides co-chairs, Arlene, and Rebecca concerning office space.

From now on SMU Rides Co-chairs, Fellowship chair, and Regional Bid Co-chairs will give reports towards the end of active meeting. Additionally, as a reminder, all appointed positions must report monthly to exec.
