Executive Board Minutes 9-1-98 Katie will look into getting a project set up with the Ronald McDonald House. Gina will meet with her membership committee Thursday at 11 a.m. to discuss membership program budgets. Gina has been informed that American Airlines will give a 10% discount for our trip to Nationals which will, obviously, reduce the cost of the package. Jen Anderson, again stressing attendance at the info sessions. Also, Blood Drive is coming up and she will need a committee. Jay will meet with his pledge committee this week to set a budget for pledge retreat and other events. They will also talk about Activation. Pledge manuals are ready and good to go. Jen Nash reminded us to make sure we get check requests in on time this semester. Her fundraising committee will meet next week. Jen brought up the issue of office space... Rebecca Bergstresser attended the meeting and she discussed with exec the possibilities of getting office space. We need a secure place to store the equipment for SMU Rides along with just a little space for APO to have all to itself. Possibilities include a spot in the SAC, in the Volunteer Office, or Portico E. Rebecca will have more information later after a few meetings. That was it.
