** We discussed in great detail our progress concerning the CPPC goals****

*Internal*-------------------------------------------------------------

--Personal Interest surveys- many people showed interest in the committees at CPPC yet have not signed up this fall.

*8-4APO has been updated this week, needs to continue to be. It will be updated by the responsible sections. Fellowship events will be updated by the Membership VP and/or Fellowship Chair. Service project info will be updated by the Service VP, etc.
-Daily Campus articles - had one this week!
-Website - from now on exec minutes will be sent to Aren to post on the web page to allow brothers to read only if they choose to.
-Attempt to get office space - buy file folders to have a place to drop off things for separate officers. Use glass boxes on the 3rd floor of H-T.

This summer we accomplished our goal of using the APO Bulletin Board. Future: Post total chapter hours, pictures. *External*---------------------------------------------------------------

*At least 2 DC Articles per semester*
-We've had one already!
-Specific goal: press release for the Silent Auction

-Honorary membership - President R. Gerald Turner and Gage Payne
-Get Senate rep!

*Sectional/Regional/National*---------------------------------------
-Kari is our sectional liason.
-October 17th AO will try to hold a section-wide Leadership Development Workshop here.

*Membership/Fellowship*----------------------
-Continue to do well in publicizing meeting place changes.
-e-mail, signs
-Continue to send reminders about meeting.
-Blue/Gold program has been simplified.

***Advisors***
-Need scouting advisor!
-Gina will hold weekly advisory meetings.
-Gina has been e-mailing them twice a week.
-goal: 100% attendance of advisors at meetings.

*Pledge Trainer*---------------------------
-good job in ensuring an effective pledge committee.
-big applications
-we have a good number of info sessions

*Service VP*---------------------------------
goal: project chair will:
-sign up at least a week ahead of time
-present the project at meeting
-contact agency on how many people signed up
-keep track of who came and for what hours
-fill out evaluation at the end of the project
-write article for AO newsletter
-weekday projects; reading / tutoring for kids or daycare
-lots of wonderful projects this semester

Finally, we voted on appointed positions which will be announced
Tuesday at meeting. We also voted on the new exec meeting time which
will be Tuesday nights after active meeting.
