-Do not have projects for National  Service Week (Next Saturday or 
Sunday) but she is working on it.
-working on getting hours cleaned up.

-Reserved activation site
-Katie and Ramona are working on pledge project. Should be put together 
within the next couple weeks.
-Pledges writing Alumni letters next weekend
-Bill Kuhfal will speak to the pledges at the next pledge meeting

-Ugly Man on Campus
  -no one has sent anything in
  -possible clarification needed
  -will talk to Jill and go to the IFC meeting
  -Greeks too concerned with PR to help us out with a good cause
Possible changes include:
-dressing up ugly
-using professors, faculty, and staff or othersnot just Greeks
-a professor from each school?

This week Jen will call people who have not paid their dues including 
actives, pledges, and associate members. 

Kristi announced that on Friday, November 14th there will be a reception 
for all student leaders and we are invited to come. The attire is snappy 
casual (SMU girl black stretch pants). It will be for 30 minute periods 
but you can really stay as long as you want.

Exec decided that we will sponsor an ice house child for the Celebration 
of Lights ceremony. The child will receive a gift there. The chapter must 
donate at least $40 and it is due by Nov. 2nd. 
If you are interested drop the money in Jen Nashs box before Nov. 2nd. If 
we do not get enough money you will be reimbursed and we will not be able 
to sponsor the child.
                                    
Kristi went to a meeting today with many of SMUs student leaders. Jim 
Caswell is holding a retreat dinner on Friday night from 6-9 p.m. for 
leaders of student organizations. Katie will be our representative.

Exec appointed the sergeant-at-arms. The results will be announced at 
active meeting.
