- jerseys not ordered yet. Lauren will try to contact Natalia about doing that. Otherwise, she will go to McCarthy's herself and get prices

MVP: Laura
- banquet is 11/22. Please help plan by attending the committee meeting on Wed, 11/5/03 at 5 PM in the SAC by the boxes. We need to get a banquet headcount to the caterers ASAP or you don't get to eat! Cost is $15/active, and $18/guest. Money is due next Tuesday at chapter. Theme is Hollywood or Famous Couples!
- sign in for attendance and blue/gold points. Also put how many homecoming events you went to for our records.
- fellowship this Friday, 11/7/03: scavenger hunt. Meet at 7 PM on the steps of H-T.
- alumni reception: thanks to everyone for coming and helping, including Lauren, Scott, and Sara.
- advisor search: 2 female staff members are interested in being advisors and will be coming to events to check us out, so make them feel at home! One is even a Brother from another chapter!

Pledge Trainer: Stina
- pledges: the semester is winding down. Tonight is the last pledge quiz and pledge boards.
- bigs: Help your Littles!
- pledge project: this Saturday, 11/8/03 from 11:30 - 3:30. Page is in charge. We'll be taking kids around the Science Place.
- activation: next weekend. Stina won't be there, but Mase will as well as Exec and the Bigs.
- homecoming: thanks for all the support!

Treasurer: (Lauren)
- dues: all of it due next Tuesday! Or your name doesn't go to the National Office. Call or e-mail Amber if you don't know what you owe.
- fundraisers: no info right now. Chick-fil-A is scheduled for Thursday, 11/20.
- checks: some of you have checks available for pickup at the Comptroller's Office in the SAC

SVP: Jenn
- current project: Pledge Project. Ask Page for details.
- project recap: (Stina). Went to a nursing home where Stina's grandmother stays. Visited with the residents. Miho got a marriage proposal!
- hours: sheet not updated yet. Will send it out by email as an Excel sheet for you to review and make corrections. Pledges and Actives must have all hours done by next Tuesday (Pledge Affirmation and Nominations)

PR/Rush: (Lauren)
- blood drive: huge success! 207 pints donated and 287 people tried to donate. Thanks for all your help!
- rush theme: need to decide on that soon. Maybe our T-shirts for this semester can be used as Rush shirts for next semester so we have advertisement right away? Send Rush theme ideas to Dina

President: Lauren
- homecoming: way to go, AO! Boo to the Daily Campus for not mentioning it! Thanks to Anand and Stina for representing.
- elections: Tuesday, 11/18. Dress comfortably and bring food for the long haul. JI's and actives can run for an Exec position; all 7 are available. Written nominations are open now and will close at chapter next week. At that time, vocal nominations will be accepted till Sunday, 11/16. Absentee ballots will be available on Monday and Tuesday before chapter. Send all nominations (including ones for yourself) to Lauren.
- special awards: need 2 members of each pledge class to sit on this committee to decide whether to give special awards to anyone. A ¾ majority is needed to award either a Chapter Award of Appreciation or a chapter Distinguished Service Key, the highest award that can be bestowed by the chapter. More information about the awards is available on the website in the Documents section: Standing Policies, Article VI, Section 4. Danielle Derbes is the chair and has set a committee meeting for Monday night. All nominations must be e-mailed to her by Sunday, 11/9 at 5 PM. This process is secret.
- Lauren read the Alpha Phi Omega National Risk Management Policy to the chapter in accordance with the procedures governing the AAMDs

Guest announcement
- Hoss (guest): Alternative Spring Break is happening in the spring. If you are interested, stop by the LCI to get a form. Applications are due in two weeks.

Appointed Positions
- SMU Rides: Tim - need people to work on Friday and Saturday. Thursday is the SMU Service House.
- Fellowship chair: Nathalie - thanks to everyone for the homecoming float help! Sign up for the Banquet Committee meeting for tomorrow at 5 PM in the SAC
- Historian: Stefanie - putting together slideshow for banquet, so send her pictures

Announcements
Kari - will not be here next week or for Activation cause she's going on a cruise to Belize! And she is scared of water.
Stina - Cassie is appearing in a production called Sizzle on Thursday and Friday at 7:30 in the Varsity
Laura - Banquet money and dues are due next week!
Tim - Tim and Trenton's SMUSH house dinner is tomorrow, so you are invited to come by.
