Minutes for Meeting on 10/23/01

Meeting Opens:

Summer SVP: This week's project is a fundraiser at Six Flags. Meet at the steps of H-T at 9am on Sat. You get a free ticket to Six Flags plus 9hrs. and the money the chapter makes will go to reducing the cost of Banquet so please be there. After Blood Drive, Summer will send out an e-mail asking you to send her the number of hours of the Blood Drive you worked. Donate books by Fri. morning. 3 books = 1 hr.!!! Halloween project will be going trick-or-treating for cans with UTD. Meet at 4pm and wear a costume because they're having a party afterwards. Wear your halloween costume to meeting next week.

Kelly MVP: Fellowship this week is Six Flags. Banquet is Nov. 30th at Buca di Beppo. Dress is not quite semi-formal.

Laura Pledge Trainer: Victory party is tomorrow at 7pm!!!

Dina PR/Rush: Blood Drive is going really great. If you donate blood you get an hour so please donate.

Jenn Treasurer: The next $9 of dues is due by Nov. 10th and the rest by elections.

Danielle President: RETURN THE GAVEL!!!!! Whoever has the gavel must return it to Danielle before the pledges can steal it. Please don't talk during meeting. There's a pep rally for homecoming Sat. at 1pm at the flagpole. The weekend of Nov.8th is the chapter's weekend to work Rides so make plans to be available sometime that weekend.
