Meeting Opens:

Summer SVP : Project last week was great. This week's project is AIDS Cycling, which will be Sunday from 3:30 - 7:30pm. I need a chair for this project so contact me if you are interested. Next week's project is People Helping People. It will be a 2 part project; we will clean out the garage and then tear it down. I need a chair for this project as well so contact me if you are interested. Please start bringing books for the children's book drive. There'll be a box in the office to come and put them in. 3 books equals 1 service hour so start bringing them.

Kelly MVP: This Saturday we will be having a fellowship event to go putt-putting. We will meet on the steps of H-T at 8pm.

Laura Pledge Trainer: I will be calling the pledges to see whether or not they would prefer a Thursday initiation or a Friday one. If initiation is on Friday, Pledge Retreat will follow it. If you want to be a big you MUST attend Pledge Retreat.

Dina PR/ Rush: Jersey day is next Tuesday so wear your jersey or APO shirt. If you don't, you will be severely punished. You can buy a t-shirt for $7 if you don't have one or a long sleeved one for $11. Next Monday at 3pm we'll be meeting in the SAC to make a banner for blood drive to hang in the Commons so please come and help. Tables will be Oct. 18th,19th, and 22nd and the actual blood drive will be from the 23rd -25th. Please help work the tables and donate blood, which will give you a service hour.

Jenn Treasurer: $9 of dues are due by Nov. 10th and the rest of dues are due by elections.

Danielle President: There has been an extension for money for Regionals. It will now be due by Oct. 2nd ($40). If you are planning on attending let me know ASAP. Graduate & Professional Day is Oct. 10th in the Umphrey Lee Ballroom from 10 -2 in you're interested. Habitat for Humanity needs people so if you want to get outside hours contact MOVE. Habitat is always on a Saturday.
